Dr Ruth Webster
Ruth is a dedicated and passionate Clinical Psychologist, committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based care. She combines the latest research and therapeutic techniques to guide her practice. She draws on a range of therapeutic models, including Compassion Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, to create a warm, safe, and inclusive space where clients feel understood and supported.
With significant experience supporting individuals with complex trauma and neurodevelopmental differences, Ruth’s approach is flexible and tailored to meet the specific needs of each person. She is well suited to support difficulties associated with anxiety, low mood, OCD and relationship difficulties.
Ruth has a particular interest in trauma and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and she is dedicated to offering compassionate, effective interventions that are personalised to each individual’s journey. She also has experience with taking a PACE (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, and Empathy) approach when young people, listening closely to the stories of the individuals she works with and gaining a deep understanding of their unique experiences.

​Dr Ruth is a highly qualified clinical psychologist accredited by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC, PYL043818). With a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (DClinPsy), she brings extensive expertise to her practice. Her educational background also includes a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Masters in Clinical Psychology.
